Shirley R. Liu
Publishing Director
Shirley R. Liu serves as Publishing Director of ICCK, holding overall responsibility for publishing strategy, journal portfolio growth, and institutional partnerships. She sets the long-term vision for the organisation's publishing activities and ensures alignment between editorial, production, and commercial operations.
Wen Zhang
Deputy Director
Wen Zhang serves as Deputy Director of ICCK, supporting the Publishing Director in overseeing day-to-day operations across editorial, production, and outreach functions. She coordinates cross-departmental initiatives, deputises for the Publishing Director as required, and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in publishing workflows and author experience.

Prof. Xizheng Ke
Advisory Board Member
Prof. Ke Xizheng is a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and a doctoral supervisor at Xi’an University of Technology, where he leads the Communications and Information Systems discipline. He received his B.S. from Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1983 and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Astrometry and Celestial Mechanics from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996. He completed postdoctoral training in Communications and Electronic Systems at Xidian University (1997–1999) and at the Second Artillery Engineering College (2000–2002). His research focuses on wireless optical communication and advanced navigation technologies. He has authored six monographs and holds memberships in IEEE and the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He also serves on several editorial boards and has received multiple provincial science and technology awards in Shaanxi, along with national recognition as a Science and Technology Commissioner.

Prof. Carlos Juiz
Advisory Board Member
Prof. Carlos Juiz is a Full Professor of Computer Science and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of the Balearic Islands, Spain. His research focuses on performance engineering, Green IT, and IT governance, leading the ACSIC research group. He has served as a visiting researcher at the University of Vienna (2003) and a visiting associate professor at Stanford University (2011). He has supervised nine Ph.D. dissertations and authored over 250 international scientific publications and books, and is a Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. Currently, is a visiting professor at Keio University.

Prof. Zhendong Luo

Prof. Zhendong Luo received his PhD in computational mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 1997. His research interests include numerical calculation methods such as the finite element method, the finite difference scheme, the finite volume method, the space-time finite method, the natural boundary element method, the spectral method, and the spectral element method, as well as their reduced-dimension methods based on proper orthogonal decomposition and their applications.

Prof. Dardan Klimenta

Prof. Dardan Klimenta was born in Serbia, in 1975. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Priština, in 1998. Also, he received his postgraduate M.Sc. and Ph.D. in 2001 and 2007, respectively, from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. His main research interests include electrical power cable engineering, renewable energy sources, electric power system components, heat transfer, optimization methods, FEM and FEA. Currently, he is a Full Professor with the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Priština in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Prof. Xinli Guo

Prof. Xinli Guo is a Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University, China. His research focuses on nanocarbon materials, thin films, nanomaterials science and technology, energy storage and photocatalysis materials. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed articles with over 5,000 citations, holds 30 China patents, and has participated in the writing of 6 professional books. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Advanced Materials Research.

Prof. Jorge Ancheyta

Prof. Jorge Ancheyta received the Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from Autonomous Metropolitan University, Mexico, in 1998. Jorge Ancheyta has over 35 years of experience in research, development, scaling-up, and the semi-commercial and industrial application of process technologies, catalysts, kinetic models, and reactor models for various petroleum refining processes. He has authored 10 books published by John Wiley and Sons and CRC Press, and over 300 articles in internationally refereed journals.

Prof. Yanyou Wu
Advisory Board Member
Prof. Yanyou Wu holds a PhD in Botany, an MS in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, and a BS in Biology. His research focuses on plant biophysics, electrobiology, and environmental adaptation. He proposed a new mechanism of photosynthetic oxygen release — that half of the oxygen originates from the photolysis of bicarbonate and the other half from the photolysis of water — and has innovated plant electrobiological information detection technology, including the invention of a plant life information instrument. He also created a technical method for characterising physical information of life based on the energy storage and conversion of cellular electrical components. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Plant Electrobiology.

Associate Publisher & Managing Editor
Maxwell Tsai serves as Associate Publisher and Managing Editor of ICCK, supporting the Publishing Director in journal development and stakeholder communications while overseeing the day-to-day editorial workflow across assigned journals. He coordinates between editors-in-chief, peer reviewers, authors, and production staff to ensure manuscripts are handled accurately and on schedule, and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in editorial operations.
Jie Ding
Quality Control Editor
Jie Ding is responsible for overseeing quality control across all published content, ensuring compliance with editorial standards and maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Daofang Zhang
Journal Coordinator
Daofang Zhang is responsible for supporting journal coordination and operational workflows, facilitating communication among editors, authors, and production teams to ensure the efficient and timely handling of manuscripts.
Jinju Xu
Production Editor
Jinju Xu oversees the production workflow of journal content, including typesetting coordination, proofreading, and quality assurance, ensuring that all accepted manuscripts are accurately prepared and published on schedule.
Editorial Responsibilities
ICCK's editorial and production staff are responsible for maintaining consistent peer review processes, accurate metadata, and transparent communication with authors, reviewers, and editors. Publishing decisions are based solely on scholarly merit and adherence to stated editorial policies. The Advisory Committee provides independent oversight and recommends policy improvements on an ongoing basis.
