Journal of E-Government and Public Services (JEGPS) is an peer-reviewed journal committed to advancing scholarly and practical understanding of digital innovation in governance and public service delivery. The journal publishes original research, case studies, and critical reviews addressing the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, and data analytics into public administration. It emphasizes interdisciplinary perspectives on topics including smart governance, citizen-centric service design, digital equity, cybersecurity, policy adaptation, and the socio-technical challenges of sustainable e-government ecosystems.
