Aims & Scope

NextGen Healthcare: AI and Data Science is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data science in medicine and healthcare. The journal aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among clinicians, researchers, engineers, data scientists, and policymakers by providing a platform for high-quality research and discussion. We welcome original research, reviews, technical reports, perspectives, and case studies that explore the development, validation, implementation, and ethical implications of AI technologies in clinical and healthcare settings. 

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- AI applications in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment decision-making

- Machine learning models for clinical outcome prediction

- AI in imaging, pathology, genomics, and multi-omics integration

- Robotics and intelligent surgical systems

- AI in digital health, remote monitoring, and wearable technologies

ICCK is responsible for implementing rigorous peer review and strict ethical policies and standards to ensure that high quality scientific work is added to the field of scholarly publishing. ICCK takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously, and our editors are trained to enforce COPE's Core Practices and Guidelines, with a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, data falsification, and other behaviours.
