ICCK Transactions on AI Agents (TAA) is a Hybrid journal. By default, accepted articles are published under a subscription-based access model, available to institutional and individual subscribers. Authors who wish to make their article immediately and freely accessible online may opt into Open Access publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unlimited reading, downloading, reuse, and redistribution with proper attribution.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) for Open Access publication is completely waived for authors until January 2028.

Starting from February 2028, an Article Processing Charge of USD 1,500 will apply to authors who choose the Open Access option. This charge covers the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, online publication, and long-term digital preservation. Authors who do not opt into Open Access will have their articles published under the standard subscription model at no charge.

A discount policy will be implemented after February 2028. Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries will be eligible for a 50% discount on the APC for Open Access publication.
