ICCK Transactions on Applied Chaos and Complex Systems (TACCS) is a hybrid journal. Articles are normally published under the journal’s subscription model and are accessible to subscribers and participating institutions. Authors may choose to make their accepted articles immediately and freely accessible online under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) by paying an Article Processing Charge (APC), allowing unlimited reading, downloading, reuse, and redistribution with proper attribution.

Until September 2027, authors opting for open access will have the APC **fully waived**.

Starting from October 2027, the APC for open access publication will be USD 1,000 per article, covering editorial management, peer review, online publication, and long-term digital preservation.

A waiver and discount policy will apply after October 2027. Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries will be eligible for a 50% discount on the APC.
