Aims & Scope
The ICCK Transactions on Neural Computing is dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of neural computing systems across a broad range of disciplines. The journal publishes original research, review articles, and practical studies on the development and application of neural network models, algorithms, and techniques. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, deep learning, reinforcement learning, computational neuroscience, cognitive systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and neural-based methodologies in engineering, data science, and healthcare. The journal aims to foster interdisciplinary collaborations, providing a platform for researchers and practitioners to explore novel neural computing paradigms, applications, and their societal impact.

ICCK is responsible for implementing rigorous peer review and strict ethical policies and standards to ensure that high quality scientific work is added to the field of scholarly publishing. ICCK takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously, and our editors are trained to enforce COPE's Core Practices and Guidelines, with a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, data falsification, and other behaviours.
