Summary
Dr. Sowmiya Baskar is an accomplished computer science professor. She excels in academia Securing first place during her post-graduation at Bharathidasan University, she currently serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at S.I.V.E.T. College in Chennai. She has qualified for both the UGC-NET and TNSET exams. She has completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science. She has authored several books, and book chapters, and published papers in prestigious international conferences and UGC care-listed and Scopus-indexed journals. She is a reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals and as a guest speaker in Colleges, she maintains high academic standards and shares her expertise with others. With research expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and image processing, Prof. Sowmiya is an inspiring educator and mentor who has guided and motivated her students to present and publish papers at international conferences, and write books. She is passionate about learning and teaching, as learning never exhausts the mind.

Abstract
Getting feedback from the students in education is the key to improving the learning experience in education, but reading through hundreds of feedback forms can be overwhelming. Sentiment Analysis (SA), which is a NLP (Natural Language Processing) technique, comes in interprets the emotions and opinions behind their feedback.
