Abstract
The long-term success of root canal treatment relies on effective chemomechanical disinfection and the ability of endodontic sealers to penetrate dentinal tubules, thereby improving the seal and limiting residual bacterial colonization. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have attracted attention for their broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity; however, their influence on the dentinal tubule penetration of epoxy resin-based sealers remains incompletely understood.
