Aims

PWU Journal of Research, Innovation, and Transformation (JRIT) is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed research publication of the Philippine Women’s University. The journal serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and innovators to share cutting-edge research and transformative practices that advance knowledge, address societal challenges, and contribute to sustainable development. Rooted in PWU’s century-long commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and nation-building, JRIT welcomes scholarly works that embody both local relevance and global impact. It seeks to amplify the voices of emerging and established researchers while promoting collaboration across disciplines, cultures, and institutions.

Scope

The scope of the Journal includes, but is not limited to:

• Arts, Design, and Music – creative industries, cultural studies, heritage conservation, performance studies

• Business and Management – economics, entrepreneurship, governance, digital transformation, social enterprise

• Education and Teacher Training – pedagogy, curriculum design, educational technology, lifelong learning

All journals published by ICCK are archived in Portico, which provides permanent digital archiving for scholarly journals.


Ethics Statement

ICCK is responsible for implementing rigorous peer review and strict ethical policies and standards to ensure that high quality scientific work is added to the field of scholarly publishing. ICCK takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously, and our editors are trained to enforce COPE's Core Practices and Guidelines, with a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, data falsification, and other behaviours. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to check submissions against previous publications.
