The ICCK Transactions on Emerging Topics in Artificial Intelligence is published under a full open access model, allowing readers to access, read, download, and reuse the full text of all articles immediately upon publication without restriction.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is completely waived for authors until June 2026.

Starting from July 2026, an Article Processing Charge of USD 1,500 will be applied to each accepted article to cover the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, online publication, and long-term digital preservation.

A waiver and discount policy will be implemented after July 2026. Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries will be eligible for a 50% discount on the APC.
