Abstract
High-entropy alloy (HEA) coatings have become a candidate for corrosion protection of marine engineering equipment in harsh service environments. In this paper, the effect of laser scanning power on the microstructure and electrochemical corrosion resistance of HEA coating prepared by Extremely High-speed Laser Cladding (EHLC) was investigated. The coating was prepared by EHLC technology. The microstructure of the coating was characterized by XRD and SEM. Abstract
The water jet surface modification technology does not introduce thermal stress and thermal deformation during operation, reducing changes in the material's phase transformation temperature or grain growth, and avoiding problems related to thermal stress and deformation. It contains no chemical substances, posing no environmental pollution, and features low cost.
