Based on the perspective of industry-education integration, this paper constructs an evolutionary game dynamic model of "enterprises (EN) - universities and research institutions (RI)". It examines the dynamic mechanism of cultivating intelligent logistics talent in the Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Greater Bay Area and identifies the conditions for the stability of this mechanism. The conclusions indicate that under the strategy of "passive R&D" chosen by RI, when EN opts to "continue cooperation", the benefits outweigh those of "withdrawal". Public health emergencies have a significant impact on the safety of life and property of the people, and also exert a profound influence on various aspects of Chinese society and economy. In this study, we aim to select public health emergencies that occurred between 2018 and 2021 as empirical data. Using event analysis techniques, we systematically investigate how such emergencies affect the audit behavior of listed companies in China and the quality of their audits.
